If you are not satisfied with our products and would like to request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. Return requests made after 7 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a refund:
- The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
- The return package must include all clothing parts and accessories.
- The order must not be a custom-sized or customized order.
Please note:
- Customers must return the package first before a refund can be processed.
- We do not provide return labels.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, including the original shipping fee and the return shipping cost.
- The refund applies to the product amount only after we receive and inspect the returned package.
Customized orders are not eligible for return or refund, because custom-sized costumes cannot be restocked or resold. Any issue related to customized orders will be handled through consultation.
