Not every Demon Slayer costume night has to be another Tanjiro. The same product page covers three Upper Moon–level threats: Muzan Kibutsuji in his Entertainment District geisha kimono, Kokushibo in purple scale-pattern kimono and hakama, and Akaza in the striped martial-arts look with red vest. The Demon Slayer Muzan Kibutsuji Kokushibo Akaza Cosplay Costume Kimono is a villain casting board — and the sizing rules change depending on which monster you pick.
Three full outfits on one page
- Muzan Kibutsuji Geisha Kimono — kimono, inner robe, obi belt, bow and waist sash. Floral elegance, not battle armor.
- Kokushibo Kimono — top, hakama pants and belt. Purple with patterned hakama for Upper Moon One.
- Akaza Upper Moon Three Costume — inner top, vest, pants and gloves. Striped body, red vest, white pants energy.
Wigs, swords and shoes are not included on any style. Adult sizes run S through 2XL with Asian sizing called out on the page. Package contents are complete enough to wear as a full outfit; the missing pieces are the dramatic finishers fans often already own or DIY.
Women's chart for Muzan, men's chart for Kokushibo and Akaza
This is the detail that causes wrong orders. Muzan uses a women's body chart. Kokushibo and Akaza share a men's body chart. Hand measured, allow 1–3 cm; between sizes, take the larger.
Muzan (women's):
- S: height 158–162, chest 81–84, shoulder 38, waist 63–66, hip 87–90
- M: 163–167 / 85–88 / 39 / 67–70 / 91–94
- L: 168–172 / 89–92 / 40 / 71–74 / 95–98
- XL: 173–177 / 93–96 / 41 / 75–78 / 99–102
- 2XL: 178–182 / 97–100 / 42 / 79–82 / 103–106
Kokushibo / Akaza (men's):
- S: height 163–167, chest 87–90, shoulder 44, waist 71–74, hip 89–92
- M: 168–172 / 91–94 / 45 / 75–78 / 93–96
- L: 173–177 / 95–98 / 46 / 79–82 / 97–100
- XL: 178–182 / 99–102 / 47 / 83–86 / 101–104
- 2XL: 183–187 / 103–106 / 48 / 87–90 / 105–108
If you are casting Muzan on a broader frame, stay on the women's chart and size by chest and hip rather than guessing from the men's numbers. Kimono ease is not the same as a fitted vest.
How to tell them apart in a group photo
Muzan reads soft and floral until the eyes give the game away — makeup and posture matter more than props. Kokushibo needs vertical calm and the purple pattern visible; a hunched pose turns him into a generic kimono. Akaza needs the vest contrast and the willingness to stand in a fighter's stance; without the gloves, the arms look unfinished.
For an Upper Moon trio, agree on shoe colors before the event. Black or dark footwear keeps attention on the costumes. Bright sneakers under hakama or white pants break the illusion faster than a missing sword.
Where these villains belong
Anime conventions, Halloween and Demon Slayer villain groups are the intended homes. Polyester kimono and martial sets handle indoor floors. If you only buy one style, still open the correct chart for that style — Muzan's women's measurements will not rescue an Akaza order sized by accident from the geisha column.
Pick the demon, match the style name, use the matching chart, then size. That is how this three-character page stays useful instead of becoming a returns problem.
