Okarun's ordinary school uniform doesn't survive the Turbo Granny's curse. The moment it takes hold, the fabric darkens and stretches into a long black coat, a mask rises over his mouth, and his hair turns wild and white. This costume is built around that transformed silhouette: a long black coat, trousers, scarf and mask that recreate Okarun's look once the curse has taken over, with an optional wig for the hair.
The Curse Behind the Black Coat
Okarun, whose real name is Ken Takakura, is the occult-loving high schooler at the center of Dan Da Dan. His encounters with the supernatural eventually bring the Turbo Granny's curse down on him, and when it settles in, his uniform can't hold its usual shape. It darkens into a long coat, a mask covers his mouth, and his hair turns pale and unruly. This costume recreates that specific post-curse silhouette rather than his everyday uniform, so it reads as transformed rather than as a plain school outfit.
Two Ways to Wear the Transformed Look
The costume is offered in two versions. The Transformed Costume gives you the coat, trousers, scarf and mask on their own, which works well if you already plan to handle the white hair yourself or have a wig from elsewhere. The Transformed Costume + Wig adds a white wig styled for Okarun's post-curse hair, built for anyone who'd rather not restyle their own hair for a single appearance. Both versions share the same sizing, S through XXXL, so picking between them is really just a question of the wig.
Coat, Trousers, Scarf and Mask
Either version includes the four pieces that make up the transformed look: the coat, trousers, scarf and mask, cut from a polyester blend uniform fabric. The wig included with the + Wig version is made of synthetic fiber. Shoes and any props Okarun might be holding aren't part of either package, so those are left for you to bring. The wig is only included with the + Wig version — choose the Transformed Costume alone if you're sourcing white hair another way.
Front, Back and the Full Set
Photos on the listing cover the costume from several angles: a plain front view, a front view with the white wig added, two further front shots that show the coat and scarf from slightly different positions, a view from the back, and a flat lay showing the coat, trousers, scarf and mask laid out together. Setting the plain front shot next to the one with the wig is a quick way to judge whether the + Wig version suits your plan, and the flat lay is handy for checking how the four pieces sit next to each other before dressing.
Pairing Okarun With Momo and White Contacts
Okarun's transformed form tends to show up alongside Momo Ayase, so photographing this costume next to a Momo Ayase cosplay helps the look read as a scene rather than a single character standing alone. Adding white contact lenses on top of the wig or your own styled hair rounds out the cursed stare, since the eyes carry as much of the transformation as the coat and mask do.
